What you will do

• Lead projects focused on operational readiness and design to support product launches and service enhancements.
• Coordinate the execution of multiple cross-functional work streams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
• Prioritize competing stakeholder requests and internal deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage data to inform business decisions and analyze impact.
• Narrate strategy for ambiguous and unscoped programs, driving alignment and execution plans.
• Identify and track KPIs, informing stakeholders on team, department, and company performance.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience driving business-impacting projects and programs with customer-centric transformational growth.
• Proven experience creating, owning, and driving improvement in operational KPIs.
• Advanced Excel skills with an appetite to learn SQL (SQL skills preferred).
• Demonstrated experience effectively partnering with diverse teams across complex organizations.
• Ability to work out of the Barcelona Office two days per week.
• Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
