What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
• Develop and implement team objectives aligned with company goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Maintain regular communication with senior management on project status and team performance.
• Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments.

Requirements

• Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar by experience.
• Proven experience managing onshore & offshore teams and remote collaborations.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
