TL;DR

Data Spoke Team Manager: Overseeing and building advanced data factory teams to deliver business intelligence reports, ad-hoc analysis, and advanced insights with an accent on global data strategy application and localized data product delivery. Focus on developing strong partnerships, animating multi-country teams, and managing data project roadmaps using cost-efficient solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Belgium (Bruxelles)

What you will do

  • Build and onboard advanced data factory teams for multiple countries.
  • Develop partnerships with covered countries and the global data hub.
  • Organize and manage the delivery of local and global data projects.
  • Collect and challenge business requests to build and deploy cost-efficient data solutions (BI, analytics, Machine Learning).
  • Animate quarterly demand management and monthly data committees in covered countries.
  • Contribute to analytical use cases or help the team as needed.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Analytics or Data Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 7+ years managing data teams and delivering data projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Science projects.
  • Technical background and experience with Data Solutions (SQL, Python, R, statistics).
  • Strong experience in running operations in cloud services (Azure preferred).
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and managing/developing a team of data experts.
