What you will do

• Lead and manage an advanced data team through local hiring, onboarding, and animation.
• Organize and manage the data projects roadmap, ensuring delivery of both local and global projects.
• Collect and challenge business requests, building and deploying cost-efficient BI, analytics, and Machine Learning solutions.
• Foster strong partnerships with covered countries and the global data hub.
• Animate quarterly demand management processes and monthly data committees.
• Contribute to analytical use cases and ensure right project tracking in Azure Boards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Analytics or Data Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 7+ years managing data teams and delivering data projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Science projects.
• Technical background and experience with SQL, Python, R, and statistics.
• Strong experience in running operations in cloud services (Azure preferred).
• Experience in working transversally in an international company.
