What you will do
- Map, analyze, and document end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks.
- Establish and maintain process documentation, policies, and standards, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement methodologies and define performance metrics for newly designed processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align processes with business goals and facilitate workshops.
- Identify opportunities for digitalization, GenAI, and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Ensure processes are designed with a customer-centric mindset, contributing to improving customer journeys and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in same/similar positions.
- Master’s degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, ARIS, Signavio).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
- Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, workflow platforms, AI-driven solutions).
Nice to have
- Experience in telecom or tech industry.
