 Role Overview
 We are looking for an experienced Senior VIP Manager to lead and scale VIP operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience working with VIP players in iGaming, Betting, or Online Casino products, understands retention and LTV logic deeply, and can independently build and optimize VIP processes end to end.
 This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can combine data analysis, CRM execution, and high-level communication with demanding VIP clients.
 
 Key Responsibilities

•  Build and maintain VIP segmentation based on deposits, activity, and player value (LTV/LTV+)
•  Create, adapt, and continuously optimize VIP grades and personalized offers
•  Manage and control VIP bonus costs as part of overall LTV growth strategy
•  Launch and manage VIP communications via CRM channels (Email, Push, Telegram, etc.)
•  Analyze VIP player behavior, cohorts, and segment-level unit economics
•  Develop and improve VIP loyalty and retention programs
•  Coordinate with other VIP managers and cross-functional teams (CRM, Risk, Product, Support)
•  Monitor fraud risks and ensure secure handling of VIP traffic
•  Build VIP funnels for retention, re-activation, and LTV optimization
•  Prepare regular reports on VIP MAU, deposits, GGR/NGR, and segment performance
•  Actively participate in defining and executing the VIP growth strategy

 
 Requirements

•  Experience & Background
•  2+ years of experience in VIP management
•  Strong background in iGaming, Betting, Online Casino, or Gambling products
•  Proven experience working with VIP players across different GEOs
•  Solid understanding of retention mechanics and LTV-driven decision-making
•  Experience with the 1xBet platform is a strong plus
•  Experience with iGaming CRM platforms (B2B CRM), BI tools and/or Google Analytics, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Jira / Confluence
•  Professional Knowledge: VIP segmentation by deposits, activity, and player value; Bonus cost management and its impact on LTV; Building and managing VIP grade systems; Cohort analysis and segment-level unit economics; Retention and re-activation mechanics for VIP players; Risk management, fraud detection, and VIP traffic control
•  Languages: Russian – fluent/native, English – B2+ minimum (C1 is a strong advantage)
