What you will do
- Set up and manage ad campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter (X).
- Work with remarketing (Retargeting, Lookalike, Dynamic Ads).
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids.
- Test creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve conversion.
- Collaborate with creatives, analytics, and project managers.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in performance marketing (arbitrage, CPA, leadgen).
- Hands-on experience in setting up ads on TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter (X).
- Understanding of remarketing and audience targeting.
- Experience in managing and scaling mobile app advertising campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data (CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel, AppsFlyer (or similar).
