About the Company:

Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns
- Scale campaigns with focus on ROI / ROMI
- A/B testing of creatives and hypotheses
- Monitor metrics: CPA, CPM, CTR, EPC, FTD
- Generate high-quality traffic at scale
- Collaborate with team: creatives, tech, analytics

Requirements:
- 1–3+ years in media buying / affiliate marketing
- Experience with budgets $1k+/day or $50k+/month
- Ability to build campaigns from scratch
- Proven ROI-focused scaling cases
- Strong creative skills
- Experience with PWA / iOS WebView apps
- Ready to work with both crash and quality traffic
