Head of UA (Gaming)

Location: Remote or from company offices in Cyprus, Armenia, or Kazakhstan. Relocation support is available for these official locations.

What you will do

• Own the WebGL user acquisition strategy, including quarterly planning, experiment prioritization, and delivery from idea to measurable results.
• Manage and scale large-budget web campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Optimize the full acquisition funnel, including conversion events, attribution, targeting, bidding, creatives, and landing pages.
• Connect user acquisition with product economics by analyzing user quality, monetization, and downstream behavior.
• Drive experimentation and automation using data, AI, and other tools.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing within gaming, entertainment, fintech, or digital products.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, digital advertising tools, and campaign metrics.
• Business-oriented approach with an understanding of business models, success criteria, and marketing impact.
• Creative approach and the ability to turn ideas into effective marketing initiatives.
• Strong communication, project management, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
