What you will do

• Oversee and approve project plans, ensuring compliance with organizational frameworks and governance.
• Lead large project teams, define project vision, manage resources, and build team capabilities through coaching.
• Negotiate and manage project resource budgets, providing forecasts and presenting variances.
• Manage a complex organizational environment, coordinating tactical stakeholders and acquiring management buy-in.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to foster positive relationships and ensure appropriate participation.
• Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating as appropriate and developing recovery plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in supply chain/logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in technical, international environments.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stream projects across business areas.
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders through clear, structured communication.
• Proficiency in analyzing data, anticipating risks, and making fact-based decisions.
• Skill in leading teams, giving direction, coaching for growth, and negotiating scope and priorities.
