What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of XR projects from concept and prototyping to launch and post-delivery support.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, 3D artists, designers, and QA testers.
• Translate creative briefs into actionable technical specifications and production pipelines.
• Manage testing processes, device compatibility checks, and user experience validation.
• Work closely with creative directors, UX designers, and engineers to align artistic and technical goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project or production management within AR/VR/MR products.
• Hands-on Unity or Unreal development knowledge.
• Experience translating creative and product vision into technical specifications and production pipelines.
• Experience coordinating QA workflows, device testing, and performance validation.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate distributed cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience in managing budgets and optimizing resources.
