What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 AI engineers.
• Oversee the transition from experimental notebooks to production-grade services, ensuring high availability and low latency.
• Evaluate and prototype new AI techniques (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, quantization) to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML - Software Engineering, with at least 2 years in a formal or informal leadership/lead role.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience.
• Mastery of Python and deep familiarity with frameworks like LangChain.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and API design (FastAPI/Flask).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience managing agile workflows.
