TL;DR

Head of Sales (iGaming): Building and scaling a global B2B revenue engine and commercial strategy across priority regions with an accent on new business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and disciplined pipeline management. Focus on developing a high-performing sales team, continuously refining Go-To-Market roadmap, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Location: Fully remote, with offices in London and Limassol available as an option.

What you will do

  • Develop and refine Go-To-Market strategy for priority regions, including ICP definition and segmentation.
  • Drive new business acquisition and establish strategic partnerships through proactive outreach.
  • Lead customer meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and manage customer databases.
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Own CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting cadence.
  • Build cross-functional relationships and represent the company at industry events and media opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles (Head of Sales, Commercial Director, VP-level, or similar).
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets for a B2B SaaS / Tech / IT product.
  • Demonstrable experience leading the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover.
  • Strong experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across diverse audiences (including C-level stakeholders).
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on short notice to secure key deals and represent the company.
  • CRM ownership (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and pipeline analytics/forecasting tools.

Nice to have

  • iGaming B2B experience (platforms, sportsbook, casino, affiliates, payments, or regulated-market selling).
  • Experience selling multi-geo, where regulations, local market realities, and procurement cycles differ by region.
  • Strong public speaking confidence and experience representing a company at events, panels, webinars, and media opportunities.
  • Existing network of relevant B2B decision-makers and partners.
