What you will do
- Extract and analyze data from data warehouse, marketing campaigns, and affiliate programs to deliver actionable recommendations on performance trends and opportunities.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize KPIs for roles, activities, and initiatives, such as lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and client acquisition costs.
- Identify emerging trends, early warning signals, and growth levers in online marketing channels like affiliates, SEO, and socials.
- Create compelling Power BI dashboards and reports that communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Consult management and relevant stakeholders to understand business goals and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
- Proven expertise in SQL and advanced Excel.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of online marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, funnel progression).
- Preferably 2+ years in Forex, Fintech, or brokerage environments.
- Ability to spot trends, forecast impacts, and recommend initiatives backed by real-world examples.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical leaders.
