What you will do

• Develop and optimize critical financial features for the mobile banking app used by over 600,000 SMEs.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a unified user experience.
• Solve complex real-time synchronization and technical challenges within the mobile application.
• Maintain high code quality standards through continuous refactoring, unit testing, and component-driven UI development.
• Use advanced LLM tools to improve development speed and maintain a robust, scalable codebase.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Android mobile engineering with deep expertise in Kotlin and the Android ecosystem.
• Commitment to clean code, SOLID principles, and a strong background in testing (unit, snapshot, and UI testing).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver pragmatic, high-quality engineering solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
• Growth mindset and experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
