Salary: $43,600.00 - $60,025.00

What you will do

• Take ownership of a defined engineering project or feature aligned to a larger, multi-year Technology Modernization initiative.
• Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications through full-stack development activities.
• Build and enhance backend and frontend components using technologies such as Java, Python, SpringBoot, and SQL.
• Support ongoing engineering needs by working on small enhancements, bug fixes, or improvements.
• Collaborate with an Agile development team through stand-ups, sprint activities, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s program).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Available for full 10-week program (May 27 – July 31, 2026).
• Must reside near or be able to reliably commute to Greenwood Village, CO (in-person internship)
• Hands-on experience with software development tools through coursework or projects, especially using Java and SQL.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship (CPT/OPT not supported)

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of academic progress toward a bachelor’s degree.
• Expected to graduate and be available for full-time employment by mid-2027.
• Experience with Python and SpringBoot preferred.
• Strong Java programming skills preferred.
• Preferred majors: Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or other relevant technical fields
