Location: In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually.

What you will do
- Upgrade blockchain nodes.
- Implement automation to reduce TOIL and increase service effectiveness.
- Identify new areas of investment (automation) to further streamline the service and reduce manual effort.
- Manage blockchain traffic, including stateful failover between multiple external providers.
- Ensure reliability and scalability across the blockchain platform stack.
- Build a platform on top of existing nodes to reduce engineering effort and ops TOIL.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of experience in software engineering.
- You’ve designed, built, scaled and maintained production services, and know how to compose a service oriented architecture.
- You write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers.
- You’re passionate about building an open financial system that brings the world together.
