Location: Hybrid (Mountain View, California, United States). Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Salary: $123,500 - $185,000 USD + bonus + benefits (US base salary)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure using automation tools.
• Identify cloud infrastructure requirements, both functional and nonfunctional.
• Follow cloud architecture standards and guidelines to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP).
• Automate cloud infrastructure for hirify.global's products on GCP and other cloud providers via Infrastructure as Code.
• Automate cloud operations strategy to ensure scalability, performance, security, and disaster recovery.
• Reduce toil of repetitive cloud operations by automating into self-service workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in public cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
• Familiarity with managing cloud through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Jenkins).
• 1+ years of experience with programming & scripting languages like Go, Python, Shell.
• 1+ years of experience in implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud network solutions.
• 1+ years of experience in establishing observability systems and leading incident management processes.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator with deep understanding of Kubernetes internals.
• Familiarity with IaC actuation tools like Atlantis, Terraform Cloud.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write technical & design documentation.
