Salary: £51,000 - £86,000 GBP

What you will do
- Own testing and lead the squad's testing efforts to ensure products meet and exceed user expectations.
- Make informed decisions on what, how, and when to automate.
- Collaborate with coworkers across Engineering, Product, Design, and Scrum to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
Requirements
- A focus on quality and a drive to improve quality and velocity.
- Solid experience designing and executing tests across the stack, from front-end UI validation to in-depth API testing.
- Proven hands-on experience and proficiency with key languages (e.g. Python, Typescript) and modern automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium).
- Customer-driven mindset, thinking critically about the user experience and ensuring testing adapts to their workflows.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the concepts of load, stress, and scalability testing, with exposure to common tools (e.g., JMeter), particularly for validating API and backend service performance.
- Curiosity and exposure to leveraging AI tools (such as LLMs, specialized coding assistants, or test data generators) to increase efficiency in documentation, test case creation, or initial failure diagnosis.
- Passion about American Football and keen to learn more.
