Location: Remote - United States. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.

Salary: $160,000 to $200,000

What you will do

• Build cloud native services using Scala, Akka, and ZIO.
• Develop unit and integration tests using Scala Test.
• Participate actively in stand-up meetings.
• Participate actively in Peer Code Reviews as part of our standard SDLC and Change Management Process.
• Support clients through system integrations and production issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering.
• 9+ years of web-based application development.
• 2+ years experience in Scala; Node.js or Java is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of relational or NoSQL database concepts and modeling practices.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to software development.
