What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring and/or Quarkus frameworks.
• Integrate distributed messaging systems, primarily Apache Kafka, to support resilient, event-driven architectures.
• Build and optimize data access layers for NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis) and managed services (DynamoDB, Keyspaces, ElastiCache).
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Use and promote GenAI-powered development tools to enhance code quality, productivity, and team collaboration.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across the team.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Java, with strong expertise in Spring and/or Quarkus.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture design.
• Strong understanding of persistence technologies such as Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, Keyspaces, and ElastiCache.
• Practical experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 required).
• Experience with, or strong interest in, GenAI-based development tools.
