What you will do

• Participate in the recruitment process of the team you will be leading.
• Plan, distribute tasks, and follow up on the progress of various projects during team meetings.
• Provide your team with the tools they need to work independently and contribute to the long-term technological vision.
• Meet individually with each team member to discuss performance, well-being, and career advancement.
• Rollout best development standards and practices (e.g., trunk-based development, inner source, CICD, devops) in your team.
• Take part in the development team responsibilities: design, code, review, test, documentation, support.
• Communicate regularly with your project lead and other leads to plan, assess risks, and improve processes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Professional experience managing a team of programmers.
• Solid experience in programming (C#, .Net, Blazor).
• Experience and knowledge of Agile frameworks (especially Kanban or Scrum).
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and strategic leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm in difficult situations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UX and UI principles.
• Experience and understanding of video game production and game quality engineering.
