TL;DR

IAM Service Owner (Cybersecurity): Responsible for setting and implementing global standards for hirify.global's Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment with an accent on defining IAM designs, roadmaps, and managing internal/external access. Focus on leveraging market trends, complex problem-solving, and collaborating with IT Architecture and business representatives.

Location: Nootdorp, Netherlands (Hybrid, with ability to work from home)

What you will do

  • Define and implement global IAM standards, designs, and a roadmap in collaboration with IT Architecture, Business, and Innovation.
  • Maintain and share up-to-date information on IAM developments, innovations, and market trends.
  • Provide third-line support for complex issues and utilize logical problem-solving on a broad scale.
  • Create and update technical documentation and operating procedures as needed.
  • Work with stakeholders to collect business and technical requirements.
  • Own and lead discussions, recommending solutions on the IAM scope.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience within operational and tactical IT.
  • Experience in designing IAM systems and managing internal and external (customer) access.
  • Experience working with Entra ID, Active Directory, and preferably Okta/Auth0.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to motivate others.
  • Ability to connect policy, innovation projects, and operational business.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
