Operations Director

What you will do

• Lead and manage 40+ colleagues across IT operations teams.
• Ensure the IT foundation is strong, secure, and future-ready, overseeing daily operations and driving improvements.
• Advise Danish leadership on emerging technologies and align operations with global strategy.
• Partner with commercial teams on enterprise sales, validating technical feasibility and committing to SLAs.
• Manage budgets, monitor IT projects, and ensure best practices in technical decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with relevant standards (ISAE3402, ISO27001, NIS2).

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT leadership experience across several functions.
• Experience leading IT in a multi-country environment, ideally within the technology industry.
• Proven track record driving digital transformations.
• Strategic mindset and strong leadership skills, focusing on development and teamwork.
• Skilled at collaborating with diverse leaders and customer-facing communication.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, compliance, and certifications.
• Excellent language skills in both Danish and English.
• Must have or be able to obtain HEM approval.
