Integration Engineer (SaaS)

TL;DR

Integration Engineer (SaaS): Supporting large enterprise customers in integrating and maximizing value from hirify.global’s Internal Communications platform with an accent on B2B API integrations and low-code/no-code platforms. Focus on analyzing customer systems, assisting with solution design and development, and providing onboarding and integration support.

Location: Bengaluru-Hybrid. Should be flexible to work in UK/US shifts

What you will do

• Help customers understand the technical solutions required to integrate hirify.global with their internal systems.
• Investigate, architect, and build new logic and flows that integrate our product with customers' internal data systems.
• Produce and extend solutions, technical specifications, and related documentation.
• Coordinate technical onboarding activities with customer project managers and IT stakeholders.
• Work with customers and other team members to identify innovative API solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in a comparable role, with a focus on B2B API integrations and low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato.
• Strong technical foundation, with hands-on experience or solid understanding of SaaS / iPaaS implementations and customer onboarding.
• Experience working in or closely with Customer Support, Implementation, Technology, or Solutions Engineering roles.
• Working knowledge of DevOps concepts, including infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and code versioning tools such as GitHub and GitLab.
• Proficiency in Ruby and/or Python.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English — this is a customer-facing role requiring clear, confident technical explanations and presentations.
• Should be flexible to work in UK/US shifts

Nice to have

• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google).
• AWS Certification.
• Automation using REST API.
• IAM in SaaS (SAML, OAuth, AzureAD).
