What you will do

• Own and optimize the end-to-end UX strategy across Sportsbook, Casino, Payments, Players’ Account, and Back-Office tools.
• Define UX principles, design standards, and system governance for mobile-first products.
• Drive UX decisions using behavioral analytics, funnels, heatmaps, and A/B tests.
• Conduct user research to understand player needs and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, BI, CRM, and Marketing teams.
• Participate in roadmap planning and product discovery meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including 2+ years in a design leadership role.
• Experience in iGaming, Casino, Sports, Fintech, or high-transaction consumer platforms.
• Strong experience designing mobile-first consumer products.
• Proven track record of data-driven UX optimization.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex user flows and scalable product systems.
