What you will do

• Own product content design from early concept through delivery and iteration for a dedicated HR product.
• Partner closely with Product and R&D teams to design and build features.
• Translate evolving processes, policies, and system changes into clear, actionable content.
• Create, maintain, and scale documentation and guidance across internal tools (Figma, Lokalise, Asana, Notion).
• Organize and structure content in Figma for easy findability, reuse, and AI-supported workflows.
• Proactively identify areas where content creates confusion and propose user-centered improvements.

Requirements

• Exceptional UX writing skills.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience.
• Holistic, critical thinker and motivated self-starter.
• Proactive problem-solver.
• Experience with AI-driven workflows.
