What you will do

• Develop and manage large social media campaigns and new content ideas to grow existing channels.
• Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging platforms.
• Coordinate social media management to align with large projects, events, and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with the design team to create multimedia visual briefs for social media content.
• Analyze and report on the success of social media projects using community engagement and content performance KPIs.
• Act as the first point of contact in social media communities, supporting members, monitoring social listening, and escalating issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years social media / marketing / coordination experience.
• Exposure to established social media management tools and technologies (e.g., Hootsuite).
• Knowledge of social media KPIs and best practices (e.g., X, TikTok).
• Knowledge and interest in the cryptocurrency space & its community.
• Excellent written communication skills and experience in social media content writing.
• Well organized, ability to work well with internal stakeholders, and deliver on time.

• Familiarity with Crypto Twitter.
