TL;DR
Principal Engineer (Dotnet Fullstack): Leading end-to-end architecture and design of full-stack applications using .NET Core and AWS cloud services with an accent on defining technical architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices across backend, frontend, and cloud layers. Focus on providing technical leadership in designing microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures, optimizing performance, scalability, reliability, and security across the application landscape.
Location: Candidates must be based in the South Asia region.

What you will do
- Write and review high-quality code.
- Envision overall solutions, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead and support UAT and production rollouts.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and help troubleshoot complex bugs.
- Justify technical decisions and carry out Proof of Concepts (POCs) for suggested designs and technologies.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and design patterns.
Requirements
- Total experience 15+ years.
- Strong working experience with C#, .net core, .net framework, entity framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Unit testing.
- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred) and leading end-to-end architecture/design of full-stack applications using .NET Core and AWS.
- Ability to define technical architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices across all layers.
- Experience driving DevOps strategy including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and cloud-native deployments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
