What you will do

• Lead the delivery of high-impact, large-scale features and systems from UI through backend into production.
• Define and evolve architecture from UI/UX patterns using Next.js/React to backend services built in Java or Node.js.
• Handle non-functional requirements, including scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide while being hands-on in code reviews, designing modules, and owning releases.
• Collaborate across teams (Product, UX, QA, DevOps) to help craft the roadmap, anticipate technical debt, and champion best practices.
• Propose new frameworks, tools, and infrastructure improvements to help the team evolve.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of full-stack software development with real ownership.
• Proven track record of delivering production systems (UI + backend + services) end-to-end.
• Comfortable leading technical design discussions, making trade-offs, and owning architecture decisions.
• Strong debugging/profile skills to make code performant, reliable, and resilient.
• Deep experience in React + Next.js (or equivalent SSR/SPA frameworks).
• Strong with Java (Spring Boot, microservices) and/or Node.js services.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP; knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, and service orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, especially on the frontend and backend.
• Familiar with serverless architectures or edge computing.
• Experience building SaaS/B2B platforms and handling multi-tenant systems.
• Familiar with modern CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and monitoring/tracing tools.
