What you will do
- Take ownership of your customers' technical success with the Platform.
- Provide embedded technical advisory and guide the technical maturity of your customers' automation programs.
- Perform Platform infrastructure, installation, upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Enable technical stakeholders on Platform best practices and conduct design/code reviews for automations.
- Collaborate with Product Support and subject matter experts to manage escalated support incidents.
- Develop and mature team processes, assets, and methodologies in an agile manner.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant degree.
- Minimum 5 years experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Powershell), with SaaS and Cloud experience a benefit.
- Fluency in written and spoken English + Italian or German or Spanish.
- Relevant work experience with progressive responsibility in customer-facing, technical account management or technical consulting roles.
- Work experience to credibly communicate with and guide customers on diverse technical topics, including software engineering, packaging and deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering.
- Willingness to travel for client interactions up to 25% of the time.
