Senior Product Manager

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (requiring office attendance some days per week within 45 miles of a hirify.global office).

What you will do

• Collaborate with field teams and customers to build knowledge and empathy for customer scenarios.
• Shape and define the strategy and roadmap for the platform, ensuring customer value.
• Work closely with engineering counterparts to build and prioritize backlogs.
• Use a data-driven approach to identify opportunities for platform improvement.
• Define and improve processes for Product Management to enhance team efficiency and cross-team visibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise software and geodistributed organizations.
• Customer-focused approach with a track record of delivering solutions.
• Analytical skillset and data-driven decision making.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence strategy and translate it into an actionable roadmap.
• Proven leadership and collaborative skills, working across multiple timezones and geographies.
• Experience delivering products in Agile environments.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Cybersecurity domains.
• Experience with both Software as a Service (SaaS) and On-Premise software delivery.
