Head of Sport

We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Head of Sport to lead and scale our Sportsbook vertical across all brands, with a primary focus on Tier 1 markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the complete sports betting strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving significant revenue growth through innovative approaches to user acquisition, retention, and cross-sell. This position demands a unique combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, deep analytical capabilities, and strong leadership. The successful candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and capable of navigating the competitive sports betting landscape while ensuring compliance, managing risk, and delivering exceptional player experiences that drive long-term engagement and profitability.
Responsibilities:
● Creation and realization of the Sportsbook strategy with a road map for our brands.
● Form, manage, and develop the Sports team.
● Ensure relevant Sports Betting campaigns are up-to-date with offers and
promotions around the most popular sports betting events for target geos.
● Monitor Sports Betting performance, Anti-Fraud, and provide regular reporting
and analysis to the management team.
● Manage bonuses, promotions, and campaigns for Sports Betting users with
Marketing, Content, Retention, Design, Customer support, and Product teams.
● Identify marketing vision to promote the Sports Betting section of the brands.
