Location: Utrecht (NL). Hybrid working with a balance between home and office work.

Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 7,408 and EUR 10,582 for a 40-hour work week.

What you will do

• Define and execute the IT delivery vision and strategy for IAM4Employees through co-creation.
• Pro-actively manage IT risks and budget for your IT assets.
• Provide squads with the right capabilities by continuously developing skills.
• Serve as hierarchical manager for around 45 colleagues across multiple IAM squads.
• Advance DevOps maturity within the IAM Area.

Requirements

• Academic thinking and work level, preferably with a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including working in Simplify@Scale environments.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience, leading and building DevOps teams.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English is required.
• Experience with IT management and development processes.
• Proven skills in coaching, judgment & decision making, agility, complex problem solving, and collaboration.
