What you will do

• Manage, track, and report on hirify.global's software release efforts with Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and Business teams.
• Serve as the product team's subject matter release expert and drive prioritization with development squads.
• Communicate all critical project plans, commitments, and changes, including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope adjustments.
• Coordinate the creation of detailed release notes, runbooks, and platform architecture diagrams.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Facilitate deployment Go/No-Go meetings and support release events, including communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Release Management or Agile methodologies.
• 1+ year of experience facilitating software delivery projects across multiple teams and regions.
• Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Teams, and Power BI.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions and experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, Lean).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
