hirify.global is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to help shape their future Data Platform.

What you will do

• Design and build data workflows using Fabric Data Pipelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate data loading and transformation into the Fabric environment using efficient SQL.
• Continuously improve existing data loading processes for enhanced reliability and reduced costs.
• Implement CI/CD best practices and monitor pipeline performance.
• Contribute to data architecture and data modeling discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Dataflows).
• Solid SQL skills for data transformation and optimization.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Data modeling skills (e.g., star schema, dimensional modeling).
• Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fabric Notebooks and Power BI.
• German skills.
