What you will do

• Design and deliver AI-driven workflows that increase sales efficiency and boost pipeline velocity.
• Leverage AI tools like n8n, Make.com, LangChain, and Python to ship intelligent, scalable automations.
• Develop tools that empower GTM teams to focus on high-impact work and accelerate revenue.
• Independently drive projects from discovery through execution, including scoping, building, deploying, and iterating.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Business Applications teams.
• Explore and test new AI capabilities and translate them into valuable business use cases.

Requirements

• Solid development experience with the ability to build functional, scalable solutions (language-agnostic: JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) and automation/orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, Make.com, LangChain).
• Fast learner with a proven ability to understand and optimize business processes.
• High degree of independence and initiative to run projects autonomously.
• Sharp analytical skills and a structured problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with GTM or RevOps teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of semantic search, embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
