Edit videos with a strong focus on pacing, clarity, and retention.
Optimize videos for YouTube (titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters).

Requirements

Proven experience creating video content for YouTube.
Strong technical background (software, data, AI, DevOps, or similar) - Preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to explain technical topics clearly.
Solid video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar).
Comfortable with scripting, narration, and structured storytelling.
Strong understanding of YouTube best practices and audience retention.
