Salary: $168,000–$252,000

What you will do

• Assess and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines for AI model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with AI, data science, and IT teams on project goals and integration.
• Oversee the deployment and scaling of AI infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain performance monitoring systems for AI models.
• Champion AI Literacy to achieve returns in revenue and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Educational Background: BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in AI/ML and data engineering with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Data Management Expertise: Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI and related technologies (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Pinecone, OpenSearch).
