What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs, propose solutions, and choose suitable technologies.
• Participate in the design and development of backend components with a focus on architectural integrity and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with other development teams and DevOps to ensure smooth integration, delivery, and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• Convert business requirements into technical tasks, pick the right architecture, and ensure quality through code reviews.
• Actively participate in recruitment processes, helping with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Strong backend development skills in a modern OOP language (Golang preferred).
• Familiarity with distributed systems design patterns and different communication protocols.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
• API design, microservices architecture, and Agile (Scrum) experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).

Nice to have

• Experience in the finance or trading domain.
• Familiarity with hirify.global as a product.
• Frontend knowledge (JavaScript, TypeScript, React beneficial).
