What you will do

• Implement your first tickets and integrate the decentralized peer review process.
• Work on the development of broader functionalities and gain skills on the stack.
• Share best practices within the team and create your own courses on the hirify.global platform.
• Implement cross-functional tools to maintain quality standards and increase speed.
• Document, refactor, and analyze features to maintain a high level of quality and transparency.
• Onboard new engineers and work on complex functionalities impacting several teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• You have first experience in native Android development.
• You are interested, ready to learn, and develop for Kotlin Multiplatform and iOS.
• You are comfortable with algorithms.
• You are fluent in English (level B2 or equivalent).
