hirify.global is seeking an IT Performance Analytics Engineer to join their IT Project Management Office (IT PMO).

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated KPI pipelines for IT performance and accountability reporting.
• Implement and operationalize the IT Accountability Framework metrics.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards for CTO and IT leadership visibility.
• Integrate data from core systems using APIs and queries (e.g., Jira, monitoring tools, CI/CD platforms).
• Automate recurring reporting outputs and establish data quality controls.
• Reduce manual reporting and operational toil by identifying and converting recurring tasks into automated workflows.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a role combining analytics with engineering and automation (e.g., Analytics Engineer, BI Engineer, Systems Analyst with automation ownership).
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, with proven experience building automation scripts.
• Strong SQL capability and experience working with multiple structured data sources.
• Hands-on experience consuming and integrating data through APIs (REST), including pagination, authentication, rate limits, and error handling.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting in tools such as Grafana, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Jira Service Management reporting concepts, including fields, workflows, and JQL.
• Solid Linux fundamentals and operational practices required to run automation reliably.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and disciplined documentation practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills to align on definitions and reporting expectations.
• English: B2 required.
