Requirements

• College or university degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in software engineering with modern programming languages and paradigms like Golang.
• Proven ability to serve as the Technical Lead for challenging and complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience driving a multi-quarter/multi-year technical strategy and vision.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience using hirify.global secure products (Vault, Radar, Boundary).
• Familiarity with domain driven design (DDD).
