What you will do

• Grow and nurture the open-source robotics community through initiatives, events, and challenges.
• Evangelize the hirify.global Hub as the leading platform for robotics models, datasets, and projects.
• Build and deploy AI-powered robotics applications using foundation models on real and simulated robots.
• Create high-quality tutorials, videos, blog posts, and example scripts showcasing AI in robotics.
• Actively engage in online developer communities and foster collaboration.
• Contribute to and improve open-source robotics libraries like LeRobot, enhancing developer experience.
• Ensure open-source best practices for model and dataset releases on the hirify.global Hub.

Requirements

• MS or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch), and robotics tools (ROS, simulators, hardware).
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered robotics projects and experimenting with new technologies.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical topics through writing, video, or live demos.
• Active participation in developer communities (Discord, GitHub) and a passion for knowledge sharing.
• Passion for open source and building in public to inspire a community.
