What you will do

• Join origination activities and develop sophisticated pitch presentations and tailor-made multi-product solutions for corporate clients.
• Analyze complex financial information, prepare market and competition analyses, and contribute to winning new mandates.
• Gain a deep understanding of the TMT and Healthcare sectors, monitor market dynamics, and support strategic client dialogues.
• Participate in live transactions, contribute to the expansion of long-term client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal product and coverage teams, and contribute to internal credit and investment committee processes.
• Support transactions throughout their entire lifecycle, assisting in structuring and evaluation, and ensuring timely delivery to high standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Law, or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, and/or Structured Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of economic and legal interrelations.
• Solid expertise in analyzing financial statements, cash flow models, due diligence reports, and market analyses.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Nice to have

• International experience.
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, think-cell).
