Location: Hybrid in Irving, TX, United States, requiring 2 days a week in the office.

What you will do

• Architect and build production-grade Generative AI applications using agentic and multi-agent design patterns.
• Collaborate with teams to define and implement AI architecture standards and reusable patterns.
• Ensure AI systems adhere to privacy, governance, and compliance standards in a regulated financial industry.
• Evaluate and select appropriate GenAI platforms and lead architectural reviews.
• Mentor engineers and stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, including architecture roles.
• Proven experience building and deploying Generative AI applications in production.
• Deep understanding of agentic architectures, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and strong experience in C# or Java.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms like AWS Bedrock or Azure AI foundry.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance) with a strong grasp of data privacy and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open AI, LangChain, AI vendor implementations.
• Familiarity with cloud-native AI development and MLOps practices.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research.
