What you will do

• Collaborate with animators, developers, designers, and producers to ensure a consistent product vision.
• Identify and communicate production and pipeline issues.
• Participate in reviews, respond to feedback, and contribute feedback to peers.
• Create high-quality in-game animations.
• Ensure each animation has the right energy and personality.

Requirements

• Experience working as a 2D animator in games.
• Good knowledge in hand-keyed timeline animation and a strong understanding of animation principles.
• Experience preparing and working with game-ready sprite assets and their in-game engine implementation.
• An excellent portfolio demonstrating the ability to create high-quality game animations.
• Strong proficiency with Unity and Photoshop.
• Ability to work in Git version control workflow and follow animation pipelines.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in spritesheet and sprite art creation and frame-by-frame animation.
• Experience in After Effects, Spine, particle systems, and 3D animation.
• Experience or interest in working with audio and implementing sound effects in-game.
• Experience in working with external teams.
• Genuine passion for games and animation and good knowledge of art and culture.
