What you will do

• Design and operate core AI infrastructure on Kubernetes, including Vector Databases and LLM Gateways (LiteLLM).
• Drive AI adoption by creating self-service "Golden Paths" using Terraform and Helm.
• Implement centralized observability, tracing (Langfuse), and governance for AI systems.
• Monitor token usage and latency to optimize AI spend while maintaining high performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps within a cloud-native environment.
• Deep experience managing stateful and stateless workloads on Kubernetes (Helm, Istio, Docker).
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating AI/ML tools or data-intensive systems in production.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python or Go to build custom API wrappers and automate operational tasks.
• Expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack for end-to-end observability of complex AI requests.
• Must be based in Prague, Warsaw, Valencia, or Madrid for a hybrid office model.
