TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (DACH): Driving adoption, retention, and expansion for hirify.global's product within the DACH region, serving as a trusted advisor and product expert for customers. Focus on hosting training sessions, onboarding new users, and identifying new use cases to improve product development.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. Must be in the office for three Anchor Days (Mondays Tuesdays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office.

  • Help build the foundations of Customer Success at hirify.global.
  • Serve as the customer's trusted advisor and product expert.
  • Shape the future product based on customer insights.
  • Elevate your skills by tackling impactful challenges.

Requirements

  • Track record of success in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a nascent team.
  • Ability to see situations from different perspectives.
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing business and industry.

Nice to have

  • Strong technical chops.
  • Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes.
  • Experience using hirify.global.
