Software Development Summer Intern (AI)

TL;DR

Software Development Summer Intern (AI): Developing and training a CNN-based deep learning model to classify signals in RF data with an accent on collection and preparation of RF signal datasets. Focus on handling model implementation and training and evaluating model performance using relevant metrics.

Location: Summer resident of the greater Portland, OR area. We are unable to provide housing or relocation for summer interns

Salary: $22-$27/hour, minimum of 30 hours per week

What you will do

• Assist with the collection and preparation of RF signal datasets.
• Handle model implementation and training.
• Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics.
• Review current literature for advancements in signal classification.

Requirements

• Rising Jr or Sr year in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Grad Students welcome.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Summer resident of the greater Portland, OR area. We are unable to provide housing or relocation for summer interns
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Solid foundation in machine learning concepts.
• Familiar with standard deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
