What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Build backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and AWS.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver new features.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and defects.
• Provide guidance and support to other developers.

Requirements

• 9–13 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
• Solid exposure to AWS, SQL/MySQL, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Glasgow or Bournemouth, United Kingdom.
• Immediate availability to start.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and Jest.
